Shirley A. Hamilton, 87, of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 6, 2023 at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2023 and Sunday August 6, 2023 from 12:00pm till 2:00pm at the funeral home.
She is survived by her two daughters, Linda Lee (William) and Debra Locke (Jerry) both of Scottsboro; Grandchildren Tina Baxter (Sean) of Athens, Andrea Hyatt (Kevin), Tara Eakin (Brian) both of Scottsboro, Brian Rich of Stevenson and Alisha White (Jonathan) of South Pittsburg, TN; Great Grandchildren, Auburn Thomas (Chandler) of New Market, Rachel Hammons, Savanna Baker, Breanna Eakin, Hunter Eakin, Aubree Collins , Derek Hyatt all of Scottsboro, Landon White of South Pittsburg, Tn, Mark Hyatt (Baylie) of Grant; Great Great Grandchildren, Lincoln Thompson of Scottsboro, Olivia Thomas of New Market and Katie Beth Hyatt of Grant; Sister-n-law, Gerry Pross of Florida and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hamilton was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Hamilton; Mother, Norma Barlow; father, Raymond Gallant; brother, Bill Pross and sister, Dorothy Mann.
