Sherryl Anderson, 65, was called home to the Lord on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at NMMC-Tupelo, MS, surrounded by her family and life-long friend. She was married to the love of her life for thirty years. She was a registered nurse for over forty years. She had a natural gift for serving others. Our love for Sherryl and her love for us will endure for eternity. “To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.”
A visitation will be held Monday, February 5, 2024, from 12PM until 2PM at Baldwin Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc. A private graveside service will be in West Heights Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Wayne Ward officiating. Baldwin Memorial Funeral Home of Pontotoc is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Anderson; daughter, Pam Metcalfe(Shane); mother, Yvonne Fitts; brother, Tommy Fitts; niece, Ashley Baggett(Justin); nephew, Nathan Fitts(Katelyn); and life-long friend, Cathy McCoy.
She was preceded in death by her father, Carmon Fitts, Jr,; and her brother, Michael Fitts.
