Ms. Sherry Sue Henderson Rowe, age 64, of Albertville, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Albertville Rehab Select.
Ms. Rowe was born on June 27, 1958 to John Elbert Henderson and Clara Belle Criscoe Henderson in Marshall County, Alabama. Sherry grew up in the Union Hill community of Morgan County. She attended New Canaan Baptist Church. She was employed by Bobo Engineering and worked on the assembly line.
Sherry was a very talented artist and crafter. Her paintings and pencil art drawings were genuine works of art. She loved to cook and had a fantastic collection of cookbooks filled with family recipes.
Family members left to cherish memories of Sherry include her son, Josh Jester, (Meagan); daughter, Lindsay Jester; grandson, Parker Jester; sisters, Mary Westbrooks and Patricia Dunaway; brothers, Thomas Henderson (Elizabeth Woodruff), Melvin Henderson and Johnny Henderson; and a host of grand-dogs.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John Elbert and Clara Belle Henderson and sister, Sandra Becker.
The family will received extended family and friends at a visitation held at Brindlee Mountain Chapel in Morgan City on Sunday, March 5, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. the funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at New Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery, Union Hill Community of Somerville, AL. Brother Eldridge Crisco will be officiating.
