Sherry Dean Walker Saint
August 6, 1949 – March 7, 2023
Sherry went to be with her Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus in the early morning hours of March 7, 2023. She was reunited with her of husband of 50 years, Harry. Sherry was known for her love of Christ and her family. She served the Lord faithfully and with all her heart. She loved her family deeply and was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend. She loved her flowers, gardening and spending time outdoors.
Sherry is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Saint; her parents, Barcie and Sherwin Walker; her sister, Jo Blaxton; and brothers, Marlon Walker, Jesse Walker and Garland Walker.
Sherry is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Lynn Saint; her daughter, Stacey Saint; grandchildren, Kaelyn, Emma and Atleigh Vaughn, Olivia and Hudson Saint; sister, Sheila Bailey; special sister-in-law and friend, Margarett Saint, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephew.
Funeral services for Sherry will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Brindlee Mountain Chapel in Morgan City, Alabama. The family will receive extended family and friends at the Chapel from 10:00 a.m. until service begins at 11:00. Officiating will be Brother David Mangum. Interment will be at Union Grove Cemetery, Morgan County.
Pallbearers escorting Sherry to her final resting place will be Jason Saint, David Hornbuckle, Nathan Blau, Jeff McNaughton, Adam Brown, and Larry Walker. Honorary pallbearer will be Hudson Saint.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shepherd’s Cove Hospice in Albertville, AL.
