Sheridan Miller Henson Jr, age 82 of Trenton, South Carolina, formerly of Franklin County, entered peace on Friday May 13, 2022, at Aiken Regional Hospital. He was born on February 18, 1940, to the late Sheridan Miller and Lorine Henson Sr. Born and raised in Tennessee, that is where he met Janet Henson, his late wife of many years. He spent a good part of his life in Air Force which he loved and would talk about daily. He dedicated his life to his beloved family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sheridan is survived by his sons, David Henson, and Michael Henson; brother, Johnny Henson; sisters, Carol Elam, Judy Deck, and Nancy Huchinson; granddaughters, Bailey Henson, and Amber Vasquez; great-granddaughters, Chloe Henson, Abigail Henson, and Shelby Henson; and great-grandson, Hebert Vasquez. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
