Shelia Sue Putman Black, 63, died Monday, February 13, 2017, of a sudden illness. She was a native of Florence and a 1971 graduate of Rogers High School. She was employed by Listerhill Credit Union.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James “Buddy” Putman and Elizabeth Putman.
She is survived by her daughter, Leann Black Old, son in law, William Old, former husband, Charles Black, siblings, Jimmy Putman, Dennis Putman, and Candice Putman Fielder, and a host of other family and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
