Shelia Ann Preston, 68, of Tuscumbia, AL passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 10, 2026 from 11 am-12 pm at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a graveside service to follow at 12 pm in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Gregg Woodard will be officiating.
She loved music, dancing, and an excellent homemaker. Shelia loved her family and was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Thomas and Katy Tucker; daughter, Misty Dawn Preston; brothers, J.T., Roy, and Donald Tucker; and granddaughter, Harlie Grissom.
She is survived by her son, Doug Preston; brothers, Troy Tucker (Janet) and Ronald Tucker (Teresa); sisters, Mattie Lee Tatum (Tillman), Helen Marie Coker, and Judy Raper; grandchildren, Gavin McDougal (Symone), Macy Preston, and Draven LeFan; great grandchildren, Axton McDougal, Brilee Williams, and Kohen Montgomery.
Pallbearers will be Troy Tucker, Travis Tucker, David Howell, Charlie Adams, Roy Lynn Tucker, Michael Adams, Josh Thrasher, and Austin Thrasher.
