Sheldon Hershel Gilbreath, age 84 of Tuscumbia, died Friday, October 30, 2015.
He was a native of Spruce Pine and served in the U. S. Navy during the Korean War. He was retired from Reynolds Metals after many years of service.
Survivors include his sons; James Lee “Jimmy” Gilbreath and wife Paula of Sheffield, Sheldon Richard “Ricky” Gilbreath and wife Anita of Jacksonville, FL., sister; Gereda Bolt, grandchildren; Matthew, Laura, Amanda, Melanie and seven great-grandchildren
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the local chapter of the D.A.V.
