Shelby Jean Norwood West, age 76, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, September 03, 2013 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Crockett Hospital and of the Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Neal Brown Norwood and Lucille Glass Norwood Adams; one sister, Joyce Ann Norwood; and one brother, Theo Norwood.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, September 05, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Friday, September 06, 2013, with Leslie Shadrick officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
