Shelby Gene Huggins, age 79 of Huntsville passed away Thurs., Nov. 28, 2019.
He is survived by his wife Carla; children Scott Huggins, Mark Huggins (April), Kris Huggins; granddaughter Evyn Olivia Huggins; three sisters Mona Gentle, Faye Rhoden, and Janice Jones.
He was a retired electrician, and a U.S. Navy vet who served in Vietnam.
