Shelby Gene Campbell, 88, passed away at Court Yards Community Living Center in Fulton. She was born July 27,1937 to the late Judson Files and the late Emma Montgomery Files in Baldwyn. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and the North 25 Home Makers. She was known for being a hard worker at every job she ever held which included, Reeves Steakhouse, Bluebell, and Wood Sales. Shelby enjoyed baking, crafts, gardening, quilting, working, and spending time with her family.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Senter Funeral Home with Mike Deaton officiating. Burial will be in Old Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Thursday April 16th at Senter Funeral Home.

She is survived by her son, John Campbell of Fairview; grandson, Max (Jordan) Campbell of Mantachie; great grandson, Maddox Campbell; brother, Harold (Patrcia) Files of Fairview; sisters, Jana Sue O’rear of Fairview, and Bobbie Bostick of Golden, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Max Campbell, parents, Judson and Emma Files, husband, and brother, Max Carrol Files.
Honorary pallbearers will be Barry Bostick, Kevin O’rear, Chad Files, Aedan O’rear, Jud Files, Webb Files, Brandon Tesseneer, and Tanner Solomon.
