SHEFFIELD-On Thursday, March 28 Sheila’s Florist, Boutique and Tanning celebrated their grand opening with an open house and Chamber Ribbon Cutting. Sheila’s is located in beautiful downtown Sheffield at 500 North Montgomery. Friends and family were on hand to help with the celebration.
