Shawn Patrick Mangum, age 45 of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. He was born on November 2, 1974 in California. Shawn had previously been employed as a nursery worker, and in his spare time enjoyed fishing, playing video games, and mechanical work. He is survived by his mother, Audrey Mangum of Washington; sister, Mary Mangum of Washington; wife, Melissa Barnes-Mangum of Winchester; step-children, Matthew Johnson of Winchester, Kristy (Josh) Corley of Winchester, Jodie (Eric) King of Winchester, Allen (Shelby) Barnes of Cowan, and Cole (Ashley) Vandergriff of Decherd; and step-grandchildren, Riley Barnes, Andy Barnes, Gabriel Barnes, Jonathan King, Kayleigh King, Logan King, Brooklyn King, Dallas King, Jayden Vandergriff, Bentley Vandergriff, Alyssa Vandergriff, Christopher Vandergriff, and Mark Vandergriff. Visitation will be from 11am-12 pm on Monday, August 24, 2020 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Graveside Services will follow at 1:00 pm at Noah’s Fork Cemetery in Manchester.
