Shawn “Jo Jo” Walker passed away on September 21, 2026, at Helen Keller Hospital.
He was born on October 15, 1985, to Rodney Ricketts and the late Jeri Lynn Bobo. He attended Russellville High School graduating in 2004. At the age of 14, he took up skateboarding, which he was passionate about doing many tricks and flips.
He spent time working and restoring cars, spending time with his family and going to Rock concerts. Shawn was a Rocker and enjoyed all Rock music, but he was going to see Zach Bryan with his Little Girl Ella.
Shawn was a loving husband and father who always made time for his family, even if it was letting his girls paint his toenails.
He was preceded in death by his mother Jeri Bobo; Papa, Johnny Walker; Aunt, Teri Ergle; Cousin, Ryland Calvert.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lori Walker; father, Rodney Ricketts; grandmother, Mary Walker; daughters, Ella Walker, Briley Hamblin; special friends, Benjamin and Rickey Willmarth and a host of family and friends.
