A Memorial Service for Mr. Shaun Jackson Rice, age 31, of Montgomery will be held on Monday, September 5, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Lineville Church of Christ. Committal will follow at Lineville City Cemetery.
Shaun was born in Ashland, and has always loved Clay County. He was extremely social and loved being with family and friends. Shaun was fiercely competitive and enjoyed a great game of dominos. Shaun had a great gun and knife collection and was a big Alabama fan.
He is survived by his parents, Rhonda Allen(John Charles) of Montgomery and John Rice(Denise) of Barfield; siblings, Kara Peacock(Clint), Brint Rice(Shanon), Ferryn Koch(Joseph), Josh Lowe(Destiny), Lacey Barns(Brian), Jordan Alker(Bri), John Tyler Rice(Liz) and Laney Rice; grandparents, Sonny and Linda Rayfield; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John B. and Peggy Rice and Nathan and Martha Foshee and by a sister, Heather Rice.
