Earlene Rejetta Seal, 88, of Muscle Shoals, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2024. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 6, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with Bubba Cole and Zach Seal officiating. Interment will be at Colbert Memorial Gardens.
Earlene was a native of Hamilton, AL but lived most of her life in the Shoals. She was a longtime member of Highland Park Baptist Church. Earlene was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She loved serving others and was a great cook.
Earlene was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Oma Cole; sisters, Eurador Rae, Euramae Mitchell, and Verla Mae Carter; brother, Harley Cole; and other infant brothers.
She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Jimmie C. Seal; children, Anthony C. Seal (Laura), Timothy C. Seal (Sanrea), Gary L. Seal (Gerri), and Susan Seal Forbis (George); grandchildren, Erin Coen (Trevor), Audrey Jones (Eric), Crissy Berry (Brian), Zachary Bryant Seal (Elisabeth), Mackenzie Porterfield (Johnnie), Katie Mifflin (Bradley), Anna Caroline Seal, Clayton Forbis, and Savannah Forbis; great-grandchildren, Colson Berry, Miles Berry, Evelyn Seal, Henry Seal, Claire Seal, one on the way, Sophie Seal, Liam Porterfield, Grady Tate Mifflin, and Theo Ann Mifflin; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Bragwell, Terry Pearson, Clayton Forbis, Brian Berry, Trevor Coen, and Bradley Mifflin. Honorary pallbearer is Nick Pearson.
