Sharon Nix Moon, 65, of Dora, crossed over into the Promise Land on March 27, 2023.
She was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, and caregiver who spent many years taking care of her late husband and mother.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James Marvin and Norma Nix and husband, Billy Gene Moon.
She is survived by her son, Jeremy Moon (Morgan); daughter, Stephanie Hogland (Derrik); grandchildren, John, Eli, and Maci Jo Moon; Garrett and Gage Hogland; Emma Kate and Brody Thompson; brothers, Mike Nix (Judy), Terry Nix (Sheree), John Nix; sister, Rhonda Phillips (Dale) and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday March 31, 23 at 2:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. J.D. Dickerson will officiate. Burial will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Friday 12:30-2 pm.
