Sharon J. Bryant
April 24, 1966 – January 9, 2015
Sharon Jane Bryant, passed away January 9, 2015. Sharon was a member of the Rockwood Baptist Church. Per her request, there will be no public service. She simply asked that she be placed near her favorite fishing spot where she felt closest to God.
Sharon received an electronics certificate from Northwest Technical School at Hamilton and worked at Winn Dixie, Wrangler, and Kellwood before becoming physically disabled. She loved hunting, fishing, and her cats, Tom, Coco, and Goldilocks.
Sharon is survived by her parents, John and June Seal; sister and special caregiver, Susan Harris; niece and special caregiver, Hannah Harold (Josh); brother-in-law, Aubry Harris; uncles, Joe Keeton (Donna), Jerry Seal (Gwen); aunts, Judy Raper, Judy Sharon Grissom and Jane Keeton McManus (for whom she was named.)
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joey Bryant, and her grandparents, Evis and Mildred Keeton and Roy and Ellen Seal.
A special thanks goes to Hospice of North Alabama, Dr. Brad McAnally, and Dr. Leonides Santos and staff, family and friends. Also, special thanks to Shoals Ambulance-Aubry Harris, and Bass Pro Shop of Birmingham, Alabama and Outlaw Custom Rods of Gafney, South Carolina for helping make her last Christmas so special; she was named an honorary staff member of the Outlaw Custom Rods Pro Staff on January 2.
