Celebrating the Life of Sharon Grace McCormick Douglas
Her journey began on June 21, 1950 in Birmingham, Alabama with her parents Jacqueline Barnes McCormick and Irvin Miller McCormick Jr.
Sharon grew up in Heidelberg, MS and Birmingham, AL with her sisters Sandra Pilley McClure and Michelle DeMello and brothers Jay Miller McCormick and Eddie McCormick.
She became an RN and spent most of her career as an addiction recovery nurse.
Sharon spent the last 23 years with her loving husband John Lott. They enjoyed country living, adventures, and shared a passion for music.
She would say her greatest accomplishments were her two daughters Nicole Douglas and Chrissi Douglas, but mostly her grandson James Slocum whom she adored.
Sharon’s new journey began on November 13, 2019.
