Shana Nicole Jones Peters, 30, of Waterloo, passed away October 23, 2018. Visitation will be tonight from 5 to 8 at Jones Chapel Freewill Baptist Church of Florence. The funeral will be Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the church with Reverend Jack Allen Jones and Reverend Danny Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Waterloo. Spry-Williams Funeral Home is directing.
Shana was a graduate of Central High School and was employed by Sonic Drive-In. Her children were her life.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Reverend Dallas Jack Jones and Ruel and Vina Sue Carpenter; and nephew, J.T. Harrison.
She is survived by her husband, Cory Peters; children, Alex and Nikki Jones and Kori Ann Peters; parents, Jack Allen and Rhonda Jones; grandmother, Virginia Jones; siblings, Sgt. 1st Class Allen Jones (Kristi) and Krystal Harrison (Mark); and numerous loving nieces, nephews and extended family members.
