FLORENCE-The Florence Police made several arrests yesterday from Rape in the 1st Degree to Theft of Property and Escape. Remember suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
James Peden, 37 of Florence, was arrested 6/8/2015 for Rape 1st and Sexual Abuse of a Child Less than 12 years of age. The incident occurred at Peden’s residence in Florence. A family friend and her juvenile daughter were staying with Peden at the residence last October. Peden was arrested and has a bond of $75,000.
Fay Marie Brajdic, 52 of Florence, was arrested and charged with Felony Theft of Property 1st Degree. She has been released on a $5,000 bond.
Fredrick M Ingram, 38 of Sheffield, was arrested and charged with Escape 3rd Degree and a Bench Warrant. He is currently confined on a $1,000.00 bond.
