Seven Suspects Arrested In Multi-State Auto Theft Ring

CULLMAN/DECATUR-On Friday, September 13, 2024, the Cullman Police Department Investigation Division in conjunction with Cullman County Sheriff’s Office,Morgan County Sheriff’s Office and the Cullman County District Attorney’s Office on Friday evening, Sept. 13, 2024, arrested seven individuals involved in a multistate vehicle theft ring.
The joint investigation, with the Cullman Police Department, into a multi state vehicle theft ring led to a residence on School Rd in Eva.

At the residence, the Morgan County Criminal Investigation Division located numerous vehicles and vehicle parts. Of those, Investigators identified and recovered 5 stolen vehicles all of which were stolen in various states including Ohio, Illinois, and Florida.

Stephen Dallas Wilhite

Investigators arrested Stephen Dallas Wilhite, 40 of Eva, and charged him with:

Bond $150,000.00

The Cullman Police Department Investigation Division in conjunction with Morgan County Sheriff’s Office and the Cullman County District Attorney’s Office on Friday evening, Sept. 13, 2024, arrested seven individuals allegedly involved in a multistate vehicle theft ring, according to a media release from the City of Cullman.
All seven suspects are charged with first-degree receiving stolen property and obstructing justice. The suspects are:
Jamarkiss Kylon Dangelo Weaver, 20, of Ohio
Stephen Dallas Wilhite, 40, of Alabama
Courage C. Wolugboms, 30 of Tennessee
Mackqies Markus Teddy Raymond, 23, of Tennessee
Quintin L. Clemmons Jr., 22, of Ohio
Nikole Paulette Acree, 28, of Ohio
Kahrese Tracy Lee, 28, of Ohio
The investigation is still ongoing, no further information will be released at this time.
