Memorial services for Selith Johnson- Kocisko age 82 are scheduled for 2:00pm Friday, May 16, 2025, in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, near Mifflin, TN. Mrs. Selith passed away peacefully on May 11, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on May 29, 1942, in Lexington, TN, Selith was a devoted mother, grandmother and great- grandmother, whose life was rooted in love, generosity and quiet strength. She was the cherished mother of Leon Kocisko, Sandra Stokley (Larry), Ronnie Kocisko and Thomas Kocisko, Selith was also the proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren- Brandi Kocisko, Alicia Broadway (Rick), Devin Kocisko, Shane Kocisko, Corey Kocisko, Kelli Fiddler (Jess), Josh Stokley (Kim), Jennifer Ray, Rhonda Hughes and Maegan Diaz (Carlos),16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. A master seamstress, Selith found great joy in sewing and crafting, especially for her grandchildren. Her hands created not only beautiful garments but also treasured memories and moments of comfort. She retired from Proctor and Gamble in Jackson, TN after years of dedicated work. Her warmth, kindness and creativity touched everyone that knew her. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she graced.
