Second In Series Of Community Meetings In Athens

ATHENS-Athens Police Chief Floyd Johnson announces a community meeting:

“The Athens Police Department will be holding a community meeting next Thursday August 27, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at the New Haven Town Homes Club House on Santana Drive off West Hobbs Street in Athens, AL.

This meeting will give residents an opportunity to meet with me and my staff to discuss questions or issues involving the police department. This meeting is the second meeting we have had with the community and I plan on having other meetings in all areas of our city.”
