Search Area For Missing Fisherman Move To Tennesse River Bridge At Natchez Trace Parkway

COLBERT FERRY LANDING-Colbert County EMA has moved the command post in the search for missing boater Jeremiah Sanders to the Colbert Ferry Landing at the Natchez Trace Parkway.

There are five agencies  State, local and county, with rescue/recovery craft searching near the Tennessee River Bridge off the Natchez Trace at the Colbert Ferry Landing.  

According to an unnamed source with Colbert County EMA,  “Hopefully we will be able to resolve this search and bring closure to the families involved today.”  The source also stated it was a  tragic break that the aerial photos from yesterday afternoon arrived so late in the day.

It is unknown if aircraft are involved in the search today.
