Scotty Jay Howton, age 58 of Arley, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at UAB Hospital.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Mr. Howton was preceded in death by his Grandparents-Porter and Florance Howton, Millard and Avis Howton; Father-Jerry Howton; Brother-Shannon Howton.
He is survived by his Fiance-Lisa Compton of Jasper; Parents-Jerry and Frankie Howton of Arley; Son-Scotty Blake Howton (Holly) of Arley; Brother-Chad Howton of Arley; Grandchildren-Knox and Kash Howton; Niece-Britney Williams (Adam); Great Nieces-Addyson, Jayci and Lila Williams.
