Scott Murphy, son of Eddie and Kathy Murphy of Cherokee, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018. His visitation will be Sunday, July 1, 2018 Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. His funeral service will be Monday, July 2, at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Asphalt Rock Cemetery.
Scott was a member of Boilermaker Local 455.
He is survived by his mother, Kathy Murphy; his father, Eddie Murphy; brother, Kevin Murphy; nieces, Cloe and Taylor Murphy; and nephew Gage Pugh.
Pallbearers will be Zack Crittenden, Austin Teune, Gage Pugh, Casey Cornelius, Dane Hogeland, and Cole Mobley.
