Scott Allen Moore, 60 of Madison, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2015. He was a native of Columbus, IN and a resident of Madison since 1960. He is survived by his daughter, Larissa Moore of Madison; Christopher Moore of Madison; mother, Jo Ann Moore of Fargo, ND; sister, Jayma Moore Ryder and husband, David of Fargo, ND. No services are planned at this time. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
