UAV Flies over ISR Group Test Site – August 2013
SAVANNAH – The much touted Unmanned Aerial Site in Savannah did not make the cut. ISR Group, which has a 65-hundred acre Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Site, had a dim future without this major contract. And This morning, the FAA dealt ISR Group what must have been an extremely disappointing blow… One that may hold a dark future for the company.
If the Savannah Test Site had been named in this announcement, ISR Group CEO Alfred Lumpkin indicated that about $3-billion would have come into this area in the next 3 years.
