Sarah Sides born April 3, 1949. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sarah on April 11, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Carbon Hill Church of God of Prophecy, memorial services will follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Scott Cemetery. Bishop John B. Butler and Pastor Jacob Butler will officiate.
Sarah was preceded in death by her Parents-Cecil and Gertrude King; Sisters-Della and Jean; Brother-Cecil (Bo).
She is survived by her Husband-Howard Jr.; Son-Bert and wife Chondra; Grandchildren-Bailey and Torey Sides, their mother Lisa Shepherd and Brody Sides, mother Chondra; Brothers-in-law-Clyde Sides and Jack Copeland; a host of nieces and nephews.
Sarah will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, NaNa and a friend to many. Sarah worked many years in her church serving the board, preparing meals and being a Light to many. She has now taken her place in heaven with the redeemed and will forever be the Lord Christ Jesus.
