Ms. Sarah Louise York, age 81 of Albertville, passed away Monday, October 24, 2022. A funeral service will be held Friday, October 28, 2022 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Adams Brown Funeral Home, with Brother Mike Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends and loved ones at 10:00 am till the time of service, burial will follow of Mt. High United Methodist Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter Teresa Hester Lien; grandchildren Chism Lien and Larsen Lien; sisters Betty Hood Roden and Kathy Hood Epps; brother Phillip Hood; and special family friend Judy Henley Buchanan.
The family gives special thanks to the staff at Branchwater Assisted Living, Lakeshore Family Practice, and Marshall Cancer Care Center.
