Sandra Keel Powell, age 73, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at her home with her family at her side.
Sandra was born April 11, 1952, in Lewisburg, Tennessee, to the late William and Jessie Mai Crane Keel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Billy Joe Keel and sister Janice Keel.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Charles “Charlie” Powell, Sr.; son Charles Powell, Jr.; daughter Christie Lee Sellars; sisters Floetta Duckworth and Elizabeth Hobby; two brothers Paul Wesley Keel and Randal Wayne Keel all of Lewisburg; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
She was a devoted homemaker who took care of her children and her husband. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her dedication to her family was evident in everything she did, creating a warm and loving home where everyone felt cared for and supported.
No services are planned at this time. Per her wishes she will be cremated.
