Mrs. Barnett passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Cullman Regional. She was born January 13, 1952, to Joe H. Payne and Sarah Nell Payne.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy “Jim” Barnett; daughter, Michelle (Phillip) Clay; grandchildren, Amber Clay, Cody (Hayley) Clay, Bella Lee, Layne Leonard, Jaycee Edmondson, Jaxon Edmondson, Sonny Clay, and Delilah Clay; sister, Sharleen (Lynn) Perkins; brother, Mike Payne; nieces, Sherri (Daniel) Hipp and Sonya (Mark) McKinney; nephews, Chris (Tanya) King and Jordan Harbison; great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex Hipp, Braxton King, Savannah McKinney, Colten McKinney, and Olivia McKinney; and a host of family and friends.
