Sandra J. Chaffin, 74, of Townley, died Saturday, March 30, 2019, at Brookwood Medical Center, Birmingham.
Visitation is Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at Beech Grove Baptist Church in Townley at 11 a.m.
The funeral begins at 12 p.m. followed with burial at Beech Grove Cemetery. Johnny Cooner will officiate.
Mrs. Chaffin was preceded in by her father, Titus East; mother, Annie Mabel Rutledge East; her first husband, Hershel Cooner; second husband, Darrell J. Chaffin; son, Michael Cooner; and brother, Carlos East.
She is survived by her daughters, Belinda Thompson and Sonya Pugh; sisters, Diane Harrison and Teresa Montgomery; brother, Charles East; grandchildren, Aaron Cooner and Mahaley Pugh; and great grandchild, Luke Cooner.
