Sandra Carter, age 58, went on to heaven on Thursday, March 16, 2017. She was born on Nov. 14, 1958, in Monroe, Louisana. She was married to the love of her life James Douglas Carter for 30 years.
She leaves behind her four children, Clarence Manning Jr., Mary Sellers, Shannon Manning, and Sharon Manning; her ten grandkids, Donald Sellers, Calvin Sellers, Breanna Sellers, Marissa Manning, Jarrad Manning, Kalob Manning, Kameron Manning, Ethan Pakingan, Deonte Manning, Shadera Hayes, and Tytiyonna Allen; four great-grandkids, Braxton Brooks, Kaylynn Sellers, Teagan Sellers, and Brayden Sellers; her four brothers, Phillip Reppond, Wayne Reppond, Roy Reppond Jr., and Scotty Reppond; one sister, Donna Hollis; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, close family, and friends.
