Ms. Sally Colleen Lowry, 88, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born December 1, 1932, in Otero County, Colorado, to Gordon Spencer and Stella Martin Spencer. She was a teacher in Des Moines, Iowa, prior to her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers: Bob, Donald and Jim Wamsley.

Six Great Grandchildren
