Sally Belle Phillips Pieper  At age 84, Sally Belle Phillips Pieper entered the gates of Heaven on August 16, 2026 surrounded by family at home. She leaves behind a lifetime of memories and family who will forever carry her love with them.

Sally was born December 12, 1941 in Laurel Grove near Briceville, Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by: Her parents: Clarence Phillips and Eva Simpson Phillips; Her sister: Altina Miller; Her brothers: Thomas G. Phillips and Timothy Phillips; Her daughter-in-law: Sherri Ann Pieper

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Bruce Carlyle Pieper of Corry, Pennsylvania

Her daughter: Kelly Pieper White (Jerry) of Decatur, Alabama; Her son: Bruce Kyle Pieper of Somerville, Alabama; Her daughter: Altina Pieper Sala (Dan) of Tyler, Texas; Her son: Bryan Edward Pieper (Elizabeth Sullivan) of Nashville, Tennessee;

Her brother: Ed Phillips; Her sister-in-laws: Deb Phillips and Diana Phillips

Her grandchildren: Nathan Brown, Ashley Orr (Zack), Lindsey Dotson (Donnie); Alexandria Pieper McMullins (Charlie); Kylie Sorrell (Ty), Ethan Sala (Katelin); Che Pieper, Timberlake Pieper

Her bonus grandchildren: Patrick White (Melissa), Tyler White (Taylor), Dax Sullivan, Rinn Sullivan

Her great grandchildren: Price Orr, Brantley Brown, Nathan Dotson, Peyton Orr, Paxton Orr, Luke Dotson, Abigail Sala, Vincent Sala, Ruby Dotson, Anakin Brown, Riley Houston McMullins

Sally’s life was a beautiful testament to hard work, unwavering faith, and a life devoted to her family and to Christ. She was a light to all who knew her, an example of faith, strength and love to her family, and a source of encouragement to countless others. Her legacy cannot be measured simply by the 84 years she was given, but by the 84 years she faithfully served her Lord, loved her family, and touched the lives of those around her.
