Sally Ann Hunt Shelton Creviston, 79, died August 24, 2013. Visitation will be today from 3 to 8 p.m. at Woodfin Funeral Chapel in Smyrna, Tenn. Funeral will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Living Springs Baptist Church in Smyrna. Burial will be in Mapleview Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Rex G.
