Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 28, 2017 at First Missionary Baptist Church (3509 Blue Springs Road, Huntsville, AL 35810) with Dr. Julius R. Scruggs officiating. Interment will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mrs. Bailey will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 27, 2017 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the Royal Funeral Home.
