Funeral service for Sabrina Shea (Whitaker) Boshell, age 47, of Decatur, will be Saturday, September 13, 2014, 3:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Alan Compton officiating. The family will receive friends for two hours prior to service. Interment will be in Decatur City Cemetery.
Mrs. Boshell, who died Thursday, September 11, 2014, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born June 2, 1967, in Florence, to Jimmie Whitaker and Betty Hester Whitaker.
She is survived by her husband, Barry Boshell of Decatur; one son, Barry Whitaker Boshell of Decatur; one daughter, Isabella Boshell of Decatur; her parents, Jimmie and Betty Whitaker of Muscle Shoals; one sister, Tammie Coburn of Madison; and her father- and mother-in-law, Wayne and Sue Boshell of Decatur.
Pallbearers will be Paul Cagle, Darin Boshell, Danny Holmes, Christopher Steeples, Jeremy Coburn, and Jameson Hawkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 4205 Hillsboro Park, Suite 216, Nashville, TN 37215.
