Ryan Joshua Pitts, age 20, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018. Visitation will be Friday, November 16th from 6 to 9 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home. The funeral will be Saturday, November 17th at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother James Atkinson officiating. Burial will be in Pisgah Cemetery.
Ryan was a beloved son, brother and uncle. He attended Cloverdale and Central School. He enjoyed spending time with his niece, Rae and nephew, Mikey. Ryan had a passion for hunting, loved the outdoors and spending time with his friends. Ryan will be remembered for his contagious smile that would light up the room, his big brown eyes and his sense of humor. Ryan lived life to the fullest and was a free spirit. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Ryan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Eddie Pitts. Survivors include his mother, Christie Keel (Alex); father, Roger Pitts; maternal grandparents, Ernest and Frances May; paternal grandmother, Martha Pitts and grandmother, Faye Keel; sister, Kelli Pitts; brother, Kyle Pitts; aunts, Charlotte Leadford, Teresa Mitchell and Kim Ray (Jamey); niece, Raeleigh Pitts; and nephew, Mikey Martinez.
Serving as pallbearers will be Matt Price, Austin Blasingame, Tanner Murray, Will Atkinson, Terry Clemons and Joe Clemons.
