Ruth Wakefield Wells, age 91, of Leoma, TN passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg. She was a native of Alabama, retired from Herb’s Corner, and a member of Dunn United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elvin and Lettie Woodham Wakefield; her first husband, James Crawford Wells; her second husband, Coy Wells; one daughter, Carolyn Wells Littrell; and one step-daughter, Sylvia Aldridge.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, May 12, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Tuesday, May 13, 2014, with Rich Humston officiating. Interment will follow at Dunn Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
