Ruth P. Bogel, 88, of Huntsville, passed away Friday. Mrs. Bogel was a member of Union Primitive Baptist Church of Woodville. She enjoyed traveling, photography, bird watching, crafts, gardening and cooking.
Survivors include daughters, Barbara Dziublenski and husband, Tom, of Long Valley, NJ, and Sandra Owens and husband, Compton, of New Market; brothers, Arthur Peake and Oliver Peake, both of Houston, TX, and Troy Peake and Dallas Peake, both of Woodville; grandchildren, Christie Malires and husband, Michael, and Matt Owens and wife, Emily; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, December 18 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the chapel with Elder Darrel Chambers officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Union Primitive Baptist Church of Woodville, AL.
