Ruth Kelly Parkes, 88, died December 3, 2018. Visitation will be Friday from noon to 2 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home. Funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, P.O.
