Ruth Kelly Alsup, 93, died Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012. Services will be 1:30 p.m. today at Loretto Memorial Chapel, with burial in Blair Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, make donations to The Blair Cemetery Fund.
