Ruth Irene Owens, 90, died Friday, Oct. 28, 2016. Visitation is from 2-4 p.m. today at Chapel Hill Church of God of Prophecy, Golden, Mississippi. Services will follow at 4 p.m. at the church with burial in Old Bethel Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
