Ruth C. Elmore, 95, died Sept. 17, 2017. Graveside service will be Thursday at noon at Roselawn Cemetery with Ridout’s Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
