Ruth Ann Cauley, age 75, a resident of Hampshire, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025, at her home.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Rick Points officiating. The family will visit with friends on Monday from 11:00 AM until the service hour at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on August 23, 1950, in Russell County, Kentucky, Ruth Ann was the daughter of the late Eddie R. Bell and the late Vera Johnston Bell. She had a deep love for animals and found joy in spending time outdoors, especially gardening and caring for her plants. Ruth Ann was also gifted in crafting, needlepoint, and crocheting, and she enjoyed reading and working jigsaw puzzles in her quiet moments. Above all, she was a devoted mother who cherished her family with all her heart.
She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Menke of Hampshire; sister-in-law, Connie (Terry) Rodgers of Leesburg, FL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Cauley.
The family requests memorial donations be made to The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee, 27 E. Main Street, Hohenwald, TN 38462.
