Russellville Woman Charged With Rape

RUSSELLVILLE-A Russellville woman has been arrested on charges of sexual relations with an underaged male.

Tanya Lynn Wiginton was arrested and charged with five counts of rape.   Investigators from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office acted on a tip and discovered Wiginton had been having sexual relations for three months or so with a 14-year-old boy.

Wiginton is in the Franklin County Jail no bond has been set in this case.
