Russellville Man Arrested For Discharging Firearm And Other Charges

RUSSELLVILLE-On 04/30/2025 at approximately 5:29 pm, our Officers were dispatched to Taco Bell in reference to shots fired. Through video, pictures, witnesses, and recovered evidence, we were able to determine the following:
While in the Taco Bell drive thru, a verbal altercation took place between occupants of two vehicles that were stationary directly beside each other. An occupant of one vehicle brandished a pistol and fired at least six rounds into the air. No person was hit, no vehicle was hit, and we have not received any reports of any property being hit.

Benjamin Herche-Junior

Benjamin Herche-Junior, 23 years old, was located and arrested at 10:02 pm. He is charged with the following:
Menacing (2 counts)
Reckless Endangerment (2 counts)
Discharging a Firearm in the City Limits (6 counts)
Open Container of Alcohol in a Vehicle
At this time, no other information and details of the investigation will be released.
All suspects should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
